He was patient as we looked at so many houses and never made us feel like we were bothering him. He took the time to make sure we had our house ready to begin showing and made sure our listing pictures were top notch. We love our new house and are glad we didn’t settle. We will use him again if we buy or sell one day.

If he is not your realtor, then you hired the wrong one. I moved here from Florida to find my forever home. We “found” each other through an inquiry I made on the first property I had an interest in. From there we developed a strong buyer/realtor relationship and now we are friends. He has so much knowledge and will do anything he can to help you find your perfect place. He had so much patience with me and my likes and dislikes, and quickly learned not only what I was looking for, but what was acceptable and what was a deal breaker. He encouraged me when I was discourage and assured me that we would find my home. When we found the house I wanted to make an offer on, he wrote the offer with everything I asked for (though I think he thought I was a little crazy) and with very little negotiating, I was under contract. But he didn’t stop there. He fought for me prior to closing, and at closing. There were a few issues with the house and he fought for me until I was satisfied. He did it all with only my best interest in mind. He is professional, polite and a true gentleman.
